Access Your ZincirX Data

You can access, export, and manage your personal data at any time through the ZincirX platform.

How to Access Your Data

1 Open the ZincirX Mobile App or Web Application

Launch the ZincirX application on your mobile device or visit zincirx.com in your browser.

2 Connect Your Wallet

Connect your Web3 wallet (MetaMask or compatible wallet) to authenticate your identity.

3 Navigate to Profile & Account Settings

Mobile App: Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, select "Profile", then tap "Account Settings".
Web App: Click on your profile icon and select "Account Settings".

4 Export Your Data

In the "Data Management" section, click "Export My Data" to download all your information in JSON format.

You can access your account settings and export your data directly through our web application:

What Data Can You Access?

  • Account Information: Your wallet address and verification status
  • Email Address: Your registered email and verification status
  • Business Profile: Company name, contact information, and business details
  • Batches: All product batches you've created with tracking data and status
  • Templates: All process templates you've created
