ZincirX is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides blockchain-based supply chain management tools. As a digital service, there is no physical product delivery involved. Access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful subscription payment.

2. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• Access to ZincirX platform features is activated immediately
• Your subscription plan and its features become available right away
• A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address
• No physical shipping or delivery is involved

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with ZincirX, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
• Pro-rata Refunds: After the 14-day period, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.
• No Refund Cases: Refunds will not be issued for partial month usage, account suspensions due to policy violations, or if the service was used substantially during the billing period.

2. Include your registered wallet address or email
3. Provide the reason for your refund request
4. Include your payment transaction reference if available

ZincirX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. In the event of a significant service change or discontinuation, affected subscribers will be notified in advance and may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the remaining subscription period.
