Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your ZincirX subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- Dashboard: Navigate to your account settings in the ZincirX dashboard and select "Cancel Subscription"
- Email: Send a cancellation request to info@zincirx.com with your account details
3. Effects of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No additional charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription expires, during which you can reactivate your account
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Any blockchain-recorded data will remain on the blockchain as it is immutable
4. Free Trial Cancellation
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
5. Cancellation by ZincirX
ZincirX reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment or payment failure after reasonable notice
- Abuse of the platform or its resources
In such cases, ZincirX will provide notice where possible and may offer a pro-rata refund at its discretion.
6. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time within 30 days of cancellation. After this period, you may need to create a new subscription, and previous data may no longer be available.
