Access Your ZincirX Data

You can access, export, and manage your personal data at any time through the ZincirX platform.

How to Access Your Data

1 Open the ZincirX Mobile App or Web Application

Launch the ZincirX application on your mobile device or visit zincirx.com in your browser.

2 Sign In to Your Account

Sign in with your registered email address and password, or with Google or Facebook if you created your account that way.

3 Open your profile

Mobile App: Tap Profile in the app's navigation.
Web App: Open the account menu at the top right and select "Profile".

4 Export Your Data

In the app, tap "Export My Data". On the website, use "Download my data" in the "Your data" section. Either way you get a JSON file with your account details, the businesses you belong to, and the templates and batches you created.

You can access your account settings and export your data directly through our web application:

What Data Can You Access?

Account Information: Your account details, including the sign-in method you use and the status of your account
Email Address: Your registered email and verification status
Business Profile: Company name, contact information, and business details
Batches: All product batches you've created with tracking data and status
Templates: All process templates you've created
