How to Delete Your Account
1 Open the ZincirX Mobile App
Launch the ZincirX application on your mobile device and make sure you are logged in with your wallet.
2 Navigate to Profile
Go to the Profile section by tapping the menu icon in the top-left corner and selecting "Profile".
3 Access Account Settings
Scroll down to find "Account Management" or "Account Settings" option and tap on it.
4 Delete Account
Find the "Delete Account" option in the Danger Zone section. Review the information about what will be deleted and follow the confirmation steps.
💻 Delete via Web Application
You can also delete your account through our web application:
- Visit zincirx.com
- Connect your wallet (MetaMask or compatible Web3 wallet)
- Click on your profile icon and select "Account Settings"
- Follow the account deletion process
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- Your email address and verification status
- Your business profile information
- All batches you've created and their tracking data
- All templates you've created
- All associated media files and documents
⚠️ Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data before deletion. This action will remove all your information from our systems within 30 days.
