Messages and calls are answered by people, not by automated tools. The AI assistant in ZincirX is an AI system, not a person, and it is not a way to contact us.

You may write to us in English, Turkish, German or Spanish.

The address info@zincirx.com is our single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), both for people who use ZincirX or view its pages and for the authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. The same four languages may be used, and authorities may also use an official language of the Member State in which our legal representative under the Digital Services Act resides or is established.

Questions about personal data can be sent to the same address. The Privacy Policy (https://zincirx.com/privacy) explains how we process personal data and which rights you have.

2. Reporting illegal content

A public passport page shows the manufacturer's own record of a production batch. The business that issued the passport writes that record and uploads its photos and documents; ZincirX hosts it.

If you believe that something on a public passport page, or on any other page ZincirX hosts, is illegal, you can report it with the form at https://zincirx.com/report-content. Every public passport page links to that form, and following the link fills in the address of the page.

You can also send a report by email to info@zincirx.com, our point of contact under the Digital Services Act. Please include the address of the page.

A report is easiest to act on when it contains the following.

• The address of the page, and which content on it you mean. If your report concerns content on more than one page, list the other addresses in your explanation.
• An explanation of why you believe that content is illegal.
• Your name and email address. Both are optional, but without an email address we cannot confirm that we received your report or tell you what we decided.
• A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your report is accurate and complete.

Reports may be written in English, Turkish, German or Spanish.

A person reviews every report, and no report is decided by automated means. If you give an email address, we confirm receipt there and, once we have decided, tell you without undue delay what we decided and how the decision can be challenged.

If we act on a report, we send the business that published the content a statement of reasons, saying what we did, why, and how it can contest the decision, as the Terms of Service describe. We reveal who you are to that business only where that is strictly necessary.

3. Representatives in the European Union

Neither company is established in the European Union.

The Digital Services Act requires a provider of intermediary services, such as a hosting service, that offers its services in the Union without being established there to designate a legal representative in one of the Member States where it offers them. The authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can address that representative in addition to, or instead of, the provider.

The General Data Protection Regulation provides, in the cases it sets out, for a representative in the Union, whom data protection authorities and individuals can address on any question about the processing of personal data.

The Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) also requires a provider that falls within its scope and offers services in the Union without being established there to designate a legal representative in one of the Member States.

Our representatives in the Union under these laws are listed in the company details at the end of this page, each with name, postal address, email address and telephone number.

The person named in the company details as authorised to represent the companies is not a representative in the Union in this sense.

Writing to a representative is never required. The address info@zincirx.com can be used for every matter, including anything meant for a representative.

4. Authorisation and regulated professions

Providing ZincirX is not an activity that needs an official authorisation, such as a licence, so there is no supervisory authority for such an authorisation to name.

This does not affect the powers of the authorities that enforce the laws that apply to ZincirX, such as data protection law and the Digital Services Act.

Neither company carries on a regulated profession.

5. Consumer dispute resolution

ZincirX is sold only to businesses, so neither company has agreed to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute-resolution body.

This does not limit any right that a law gives to a buyer whom it treats as a consumer.
